Frankie and Teddy are 5 month old rescue kittens looking for their forever home. Frankie is gray and Teddy is black. They are brothers rescued from a rough life on a busy street in Richmond. An application and contract apply for adoption. The adoption fee will include neuter, rabies and distemper vaccines, fiv/felv test and deworm.
