Job Description EXTERNAL HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a Housekeeper/Janitor to support Old Town in Kissimmee,FL. Pay Rate: $11.50/ Hour Available Shift: 3:00PM - 12:00AM CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing) Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions Report equipment/cleaning product needs, damages and or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion Follow assigned schedule Perform other general cleaning duties as needed POSITION REQUIEMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
