Job Title: General Landscaper Pay: $18/HR to start + room for growth Schedule: M-F, Day shift Location: Corvallis, OR Duration: Long term to hire! Key Responsibilities: -Work with other Landscape Crew Members on one route. -Keep pace with crew and maintain extreme quality of work and attention to detail. -Mow, edge, blow, prune, rake, weed, apply fertilizer as needed. -Punctual and reliable. Qualifications: -Get along well with others on your team. -Efficient and energetic. -Follow all safety procedures. -Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to all weather conditions. -Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, carry, stand and walk frequently. -Ability to lift up to 50 lb. -No smoking or cell phones on the job. -Must have reliable transportation to and from work. -At least 6 months of landscaping experience Additional Requirements: Must have a valid ODL Must provide proof of COVID vaccination Must have own transportation Attractive about the position: Once hired on to the client's payroll, here are some benefits they offer! -Competitive wage with room for growth ($18/hr to start, room for growth). -40 hrs paid vacation after 1 year. -Retirement plan after 2 years. -Paid lunch time (1/2 hour). -Bonus after 1 year (40 hrs paid in December to eligible employees.
