Need Expert Concrete Finisher help

Over 10 years experience required. Looking for an expert concrete pour and finisher to help finish concrete steps by the entrance. 13 steps (63” long x 25” wide x 4” thick). The following needs to be done: 1. Need help to check measurements so all boxes and finish all forms as needed, and put in support stakes 2. Check grading and level of all steps. 3. Complete rebar inserts and add chairs 4. Pour concrete and do smooth finish 5. Grade in black basalt gravel 6. Install new grass metal edges 7. Remove all unneeded soil See photos as an example of what it must look like and how the forms are now that needs from be fixed.
