Self Storage Warehouse Facility looking for a self-motivated individual to maintain the facility. Will be required to arrive 6:45 am to open buildings, work alone, general cleaning inside buildings and facility grounds, painting interiors and doors, repair work (drywall, door hinges, lighting and other general maintenance), gardening, empty trash, use of bolt cutters to cut locks, use of general tools and gardening equipment including blower. Must be able to arrive on time, keep a schedule, self manage and communicate in English with office staff.
