Need help installing ARO pneumatic valve

We have a two way ARO valve with three ports on one side and two on the other. We are using it to drive a cylinder both directions. We have four lines: 1. Air input. 2. Back of Cylinder. 3. Front of Cylinder. 4. Bleed off. I will pay $25 if someone could look at these pictures and just tell me where to connect each line and which port to plug. I can Venmo. Thanks! Philip
