Key Responsibilities Maintenance personnel are responsible for multiple functions on the property. Functions include cleaning of facilities, plumbing, HVAC, basic carpentry, painting, electrical, light surface preparation inside leased units and the exterior of the building and grounds. Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience) • Demonstrates troubleshooting mastery to quickly resolve plumbing, electrical, and related problems • Accomplishes general maintenance repairs and repairs to include basic carpentry, surface preparation, and light maintenance to include clear drains, patch holes, change light covers, hang screen doors, etc. • Demonstrates ability to paint, install drywall, and basic carpentry skills • Able to properly and efficiently clean facilities • Utilizes various hand and power tools to accomplish tasks • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus • Possession of all tools required • 2+ years of various verified handyman skilled work
