Found Cat with Bowtie

Hello I keep having a cat come visit my back porch in fishers landing/East Vancouver area. He looks like a grayish tabby with yellow eyes and has a collar (no tags) but a little bow tie. He seems sweet and like he’s been around humans. I saw him for a few nights in a row in February (17th/18th) and I saw him again this morning (3/3/21) Does he belong to you?
