With the amount of heroin and crack and fentanyl and pot coming over the boarder the drug prices have dropped!! So much so that drug addiction among our youth has increased at record rates along with suicide and death from ODING. The upside is that the drug addicts will have to do less smash and grabs at louis vittons to feed their habit thanks to Joe''s policy. He is awesome. Lower prices? How about freeeeee!!! With the increase in crack smoking due to the lower price they have found that crack pipes are wearing out as record rates!! So Joe and the gang came up with a solution. Free crack pipes for the crackheads!! And free needles for the junkies, I mean the addiction challenged. Again part of the equality plan.
