I am looking for a new nanny for my nanny family. I have been with them for 2 years. They area a very Down to earth couple. Truly and genuinely sweet. They have a 2 year old daughter who is HILARIOUSLY SMART! They also have a baby due any day now.They would love someone who is similar to myself but better! They allow their daughter to figure things out by herself. They allow her to explore with out crowding her. Example: if you see her about to eat leaf, your natural reaction should be to run and stop her. They would love for you to verbally warn her not to. If she eats it.. of course she won’t die but she’ll learn on her own why we said not too. Of course in dangerous situations you stop her. Currently the position is 8:30-4:30 Fridays off thursdays would be from 1-7currently 25 an hour. When the second baby is born the pay increases, that would be for you to negotiate
