I am looking for helpers to clean houses as a very part-time side job (business depends wholly on clientele). As more opportunities arise, you can join me in cleaning other houses, and you can also gather your own clients. I will offer any opportunity I can for you. I am a small business trying to get off the ground. Looking for hard workers, professional people, and positive attitudes. I would like to interview you and lightly train you (it's not rocket science). We go by Ruby and Ryan, which is task affiliated, non-binary, and protects our identities a bit. If you are interested in a potential offer, email me and I will let you know as soon as I get one for you. Often times you will be working alone, but on larger jobs you will have a partner/partners. You will get your own clients to regularly clean for over time! We stand apart from the other companies here in town, because we DON'T cancel, we AREN'T late, and we have the cheapest rates (which generates more business). Ryan's and Ruby's divvy the work 50/50, for 50/50 pay. You will make $25/hr+tips and you keep every cent. We sometimes end up with extra time for 'projects' once we get good enough with our regular clients to finish perfectly in less time than we are paid for, so with the homeowners' permission we tackle problem areas. This only occurs with clients who would like a periodic cleaning. This is an investment of time on your part, and almost nothing more. You will keep all cash and tips you make on the jobs as long as you affiliate yourself with "RubyCleans!". The only way I (the owner) will 'make money' by hiring you, is through the purchase of a cleaning caddy filled with Ruby-approved supplies that you will buy from me, and I will refill with products as you run out. It's like purchasing clothes to suit a dress code at any other job. Our dress code is quite lenient, and I am very okay with you wearing whatever you have that suits. Yellow bandanna, blue jeans, tennis shoes, and a purple t-shirt. All piercings, tattoos, and hairstyles are accepted. Jewelry that can be dropped such as rings, bracelets, or loose earrings are not, however. You don't want to lose your stuff do you? And I don't want you to go back to their house and have to search for them. Details of Duties: Ruby's duties include: Tidying up (most important!), mopping, vacuuming; sanitizing door handles, light switches, drawers, cabinets; cleaning bathrooms; scrubbing baseboards, and windowsills. Ryan's duties include: dishes, wiping down counters and appliances; dusting and wiping windows, sweeping, other dusting, scrubbing baseboards, cabinets, taking out the trash. Ruby is the 'boss'/leader/supervisor. To become a Ruby, you will work with me (the original Ruby) until I am confident in your ability to lead others on a job. Ryan is your right-hand comrade, in charge of music and morale!
