-Manholes and vaults
-Underground and buried
-Fully stocked with all appropriate equipment
1. Subcontractors must provide their own tools and equipment.
2. Must meet insurance requirements
3. Must be able to dedicate a crew(s) to area.
4. Must have one crew member fluent in English.
