Pay:
Those with experience - $1/square foot. More for ladder work.
No experience - we can help you learn and/or pay $16/hour to help with tossing out trash and other odd jobs on site.
Pick the jobs you want to help with. Those who show professionalism get first pick and opportunity for bonus pay.
