City Crews will be performing water valve repair in the 2 north bound middle lanes of South Franklin Street beginning Wednesday, December 18, 2019. This work will cause the closure of the 2 north bound middle lanes of South Franklin Street at the intersection of Decatur Street and South Franklin Street starting at 9:00 a.m., and will continue to approximately 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 24, 2019. Motorists should slow down, use extreme caution and are encouraged to seek an alternate route around the work zone. For further details, please contact Andrew Whitehead at 217-875-5705.
