Iso small breed puppy for autistic son

Hello! My name is Marsha. My son is autistic with little speech. When he does talk all he talks about is a puppy. Living on ssi would make it very easy to manage one but very hard to buy one. If anyone has any small breed puppies that they are giving away we would be very glad to add it to our family. I am a 62 year old woman and my son who is 21.
