Description

DDPYOGA is a low impact, high cardio, total body workout that is suitable for ALL ages and ability levels. There is no running, no jumping, and no lifting. Modifications allow you to make the workout as easy or as challenging as you need it to be. Classes meet weekly at 8pm on Monday nights. I'd love for you to join me and check it out!
