Fitness Equipment Movers Contract Work

We need to contract fitness equipment laborers for a half-day move on March 9th in Charlotte, NC. The move will likely be in the afternoon starting at 12PM. You MUST have prior experience moving HEAVY fitness equipment and be in VERY good shape. This fitness equipment is heavy, and requires care to move. We will have a box truck, dollies, etc. onsite to assist with the move, and we will be supervising during the extraction. What does our company require from you? 1. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for any drug or tobacco/vape use (all locations are smoke/vape-free), alcohol, foul language, swearing, and unprofessional behavior (bad attitude, showing up late, demanding more pay above our stated rate AFTER the job is completed, abusing company equipment, badmouthing staff, etc.). If you do any of these things onsite, you will be immediately escorted from the premises, and a backup will be called in to replace you. 2. We are very fair with our contractors - if you do good work, and are reliable, and show up on time, we WILL have recurring jobs for you. However, if you are unprofessional, late, or abuse drugs, alcohol, smoke onsite, or use foul language, or exhibit any of the above behaviors explained in line item #1, we will ban you from further jobs permanently, no exceptions. 3. We require that you be extremely careful with equipment, know how to disassemble, and if you bring tools, that is a big plus in our book. How many people do we need? - We need 2 people to help with the extraction. What is the pay rate? - Pay is $20 per hour, payable by Venmo Business or Paypal Business, no exceptions, no cash.
