From the City of Decatur: January 2, 2020 SAK Construction will be performing sanitary sewer rehabilitation on East Garfield Ave beginning Thursday, January 02, 2020, weather permitting. This work will cause the closure of the outside westbound lane of East Garfield Avenue between North Clinton Street and North Leader Avenue starting at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 02, 2020, and will continue to approximately 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 24, 2020.
