Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. We are hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician that will lead job-sites and customer interactions, and have the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibilities over time. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: -$20-$25/hr (pay increase for on-call hours) -Health insurance -401k -7 days PTO -Company vehicle -Paid training -Continuous learning and development opportunities -Opportunities for growth JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification -ASD (Applied Structural Drying) Certification -AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) Certification -Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad) -Customer Service Skills -Communication skills via phone and face to face -Computer skills -Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested -Ability to create documents and estimates -Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face -Ability to work independently -Ability to lead a team of Technicians -Ability to complete work on multiple jobs within the same time frame -Ability to participate in an on call schedule -Ability to work within hazardous environments safely -Ability to safely operate hand and power tools -Ability to operate a company vehicle safely -Ability to represent the company culture through our Truth, Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics -Maintain a level of confidentiality
