This is a gorgeous Oriental-inspired vase/cart that can be filled with potpourri, flowers, etc., and placed on a table, shelf, or even the floor. The oriental designs on the vase itself is very beautiful. It is heavy and sturdy as well and the wheels actually turn but should not be used as a toy because of its weight.
