We provide Janitorial services for commercial businesses and are looking to expand our team with a Supervisor/Account Manager in the area north of Boston to the NH border.
Your major role is keeping local business owners that use our janitorial & facility services happy, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development. You will be visiting your clients in their facilities daily.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Identifying and solving service issues,
Training and on-going support of janitorial service providers,
New customer start-ups,
Customer relationship management,
Customer retention and satisfaction.

Have experience being on the road managing a territory of accounts in the past,

Willing to work some nights (not all the time, but it is a job requirement),

The desire to control your own destiny as you have somewhat flexible schedule.
You must be capable of working some nights and weekends, and live North of Boston. Most of your time working will be spent during regular business hours, but there are times when nights and weekends are necessary.
This is a field job, you will be out visiting accounts most of the time. We prefer candidates that have had similar experience. Must have dependable automobile and a good driving record.
