Natural Stone Supplier located in Long Island City is looking to hire an organized and detail oriented warehouse supervisor. Responsibilities: • Plan and oversee daily operations • Ensuring the warehouse remains neat and hazard free • Operating a crane with extreme care and caution • Managing multiple employees daily • Ensuring all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, while following all safety procedures • Work closely with the shipping to coordinate inbound/outbound freight in timely manner Requirements: • Preferred 3 years warehouse management and or construction managing experience • Physically able to stand and walk for majority of the day • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and good time management • Responsible and reports to work on a regular and timely basis • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to communicate will all levels of management Job Type: Full Time Schedule: • 10-hour shift with overtime – must be available at least one Saturday a Month • Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm Pay Range: Compensation will be based upon experience and skill level If you are interested in applying, please send your resume to provided email in order to be considered.
