Female singer needed for acoustic duo

I’m seeking a female singer to accompany me on acoustic guitar. I currently manage, sing and play guitar in a popular NYC cover band and I’m starting an acoustic duo to supplement those gigs. I have relationships with paying venues with great built-in crowds such as The Red Lion in the village and Prohibition on the upper west side. I’m thinking we could have this up and running and be gigging by early May? My plan would be to do acoustic versions of popular pop and rock songs from the past 20 years and also a few classics. I have 40 songs picked out already as well as a name for the duo. I’m open to suggestions for songs as well obviously. I own a state of the art PA including in ear monitoring so we can sound out best.
