You're Invited! Come join MOSA at our Ribbon Cutting Party! We are so excited to be in the neighborhood and can't wait to celebrate with you!Thursday, Dec. 5th at 5:30pm. Then, join us again for our Hermosa Beach Tree Lighting Pre-Party Brunch! We will be pouring Bottomless Mimosas and Bottomless Sangria to kick off the day's festivities. Saturday, Dec. 7th 9am-4pm.
