A sound bath for energetic spring cleaning, letting go of what doesn’t serve you & cultivating fertile ground to plant seeds of intentions. Welcome spring at our 3rd annual Spring Equinox Sound Bath Meditation, on Sunday March 20th 4-5 pm. This in-person sound bath will take you on a sonically guided meditative journey, as vibrations gently wash away stress and tension, opening up space for clarity, insight, and focused energy towards your goals. The experience eases the brain down from its busy Beta brainwave state and into the more relaxed Alpha and Theta states. These frequencies are optimal for meditation, mental reprogramming, and endorphin release such as serotonin - all catalysts for healing. This serene environment allows you to better communicate your intentions to your subconscious mind. In the High Point neighborhood of West Seattle, our new larger location accommodates more people comfortably, so please come prepared with a yoga mat, eye cover, small pillow & blanket, water, and a journal. During Summer's sound baths, participants are guided in vibrational meditation with intention to restore inner harmony through sound immersion using crystal quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, tuning forks, rain instruments, shamanic drumming, pranayama breathing techniques, vocal toning of Vedic mantras, guided meditation, and more.
