The first annual celebration of springtime in NoMa! Join us on Saturday March 26th from 10am-3pm for a family-friendly day of spring-inspired activations, delicious food, music and more! In partnership with the National Cherry Blossom Festival, we will have kite flying and kite making throughout the day. Local DJs and food trucks will be on site, and lawn games will be set up for attendees to use all day! Neighbors DC will be curating a pop-up artists market, comprised of local artisans selling their unique goods. Stay tuned for more announcements and included activations. There will truly something for everyone at this exciting, brand new neighborhood event-- we can't wait to celebrate spring in NoMa with you! Also be sure to check out all of the amazing events we have going on throughout the entire NoMa In Bloom festival, running 3/20/2022- 4/17/2022! ___________________________________________________ Important Notes Limited on-site kites will be available for public use , but please feel free to bring your own kites. Safety and community are top priorities; please be considerate as you partake in kite flying in the park and watch out for your fellow neighbors!We encourage anyone feeling ill to stay home and rest! Let's continue to keep each other safe!In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for Sunday, 3/27/2022. No guarantee that all activations will be available on the rain date.
