This year’s annual event will span over three days with activities and speakers all around our theme; Future of Work. Future of Work. MNG Summit is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Mongolians worldwide. We focus on career development, networking, and bridging employment gaps. At our annual summit, we encourage ambition, celebrate successes and failures, and inspire all attendees and speakers alike through a highly curated program. This year’s annual event will span over three days, with activities and speakers around our theme, Future of Work. The first day encompasses an optional educational tour of the historic downtown Boston and the prestigious Harvard and MIT University campuses led by current Mongolian American students. The second day will focus on career development, including keynote speakers, workshops, diverse panelists, and a guest speaker on the future of work. Finally, on the third day, we will have a Future of Work consultant speaker, HR panelists, and “Nadad Heleh Ug Baina” (NHUB) idea competition where young Mongolians work together to generate potential solutions to address pressing issues in Mongolia and around the world, including climate change and air pollution. Ticket includes lunch and light refreshments at the main two-day event. Optional tour day (Friday) will include a visit to Harvard, MIT, group lunch, Freedom Trail, and a visit to Acorn Street. The fee includes a one-day train pass. COVID-19: Attendees must bring photo ID and provide one of the following when arriving at an event: proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with an FDA- or WHO-authorized vaccine (Excelsior Pass encouraged, but photo, screenshot or copy of vaccination card are acceptable); results of a negative FDA- or DOH-authorized PCR, rapid PCR, or nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) COVID-19 test collected within 72 hours of the event start; or an FDA-authorized antigen test performed on a specimen collected within six hours of the event start.
