INNTD is a nanny training day to come and connect with other nannies while learning something new! This event is sponsored by Boston Nanny Centre and Nanny Kate and Co. These agencies can help you find your dream job and guide you along the way. Jennifer Oates (BNC) and Kate Snell (NKC) will be speaking at the event and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about working with an agency. The event is presented to you by Homework Solutions and Nannypalooza. The event this year will be slightly different due to covid, we require you to wear a mask at the event at all times besides eating. There will be the opportunity to step outside often to get air. We will try and space out as much as we can. Even if things change for the state, we will require masks. Some of us work with fragile newborns and other with health risks, we want this event to feel safe and comfortable. The event will start with check in at 830. There will be coffee and tea and pastries available all morning. The morning will consist of two presentations and a team building exercise. Lunch will be served, if you have any dietary restrictions please include this when you buy your ticket. During lunch and after lunch there will be opportunity for networking. We will have some booths set up if you’re interested in purchasing anything. After we will get back to two presentations and another team building exercise before we start closing out. This event will be an opportunity to network after the past couple years of isolation. The focus on this event will be to give nannies and NCS the resources to further their education and their careers. Team building and networking will have a strong focus as well since nanny burn out is becoming far too common. Come learn, relax, and enjoy the company of your “coworkers.
