We are a real estate development and general contracting firm in Los Angeles that specializes in entitlement and development of residential and mixed-use properties. Among several projects, our next project is a new construction, 60+ unit apartment in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Worker to join our team immediately. Duties and Responsibilities • General construction labor • Equipment operation • Skills in multiple trades is a plus • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned Position Requirements • Basic skills and knowledge in plumbing and electrical are preferred • Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance is required to be able to travel on an as needed basis • Exhibits punctuality, organization, and cost consciousness to successfully manage and complete projects • Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Benefits • Competitive base salary • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Sick Days, Vacation, and Holidays Please email your resume to [email protected].
