Crop production farm General Job Description Our company is looking for an individual who can work efficiently with a small team. You will be involved in all areas of field prep, planting, growing and harvesting of alfalfa, cotton and corn. Employees are expected to be able to learn new tasks and to be able to work with others and on their own. This would include some night time work for irrigation so someone that lived on farm would be ideal but not essential. It would be preferable if you had some tractor driving and mechanical ability but those skills can be taught. Its outside work that can be physically demanding at times.
