This will be the first, introductory public input session to review the project and understand the benefits of developing design standards.
The public is invited to join the Erie Downtown Partnership for the first and introductory public input session to learn about the forthcoming Design Guidelines that will be developed for the built environment in downtown Erie.
The project study area is from 2nd Street up to 14th Street on both the east and west sides of State Street.
The consultants facilitating the session and development of the guidelines are a team from Cleveland-based firm Perspectus. They will walk you through the benefits and opportunities of developing good guidelines as well as seek your input on the project.
Downtown property owners, developers, and businesses are particularly encouraged to attend.
Seating will be limited in Council Chambers and masks are required to enter City Hall.
You may also participate via Microsoft Teams, but in-person registration is required.
