Description
Join your fellow fly-fishing friends and BYU Construction Management alumni to hear from world-renowned fly-fishing expert Phil Rowley! Phil Rowley will present a class on still-water fly fishing. Phil is considered one of the world’s foremost experts on fly fishing still waters and has hosted many TV shows, has produced instructional videos, and has published books and numerous articles on still-water fishing and fly tying. You can view much of his work at www.flycraftangling.com on the Internet. The cost for attendance to this seminar is $25, and all proceeds will benefit the BYU Construction Management (CM) scholarship funds. This fly-fishing seminar is sponsored by BYU’s Alumni Relations, a support team that has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars in scholarship money for CM students during the last several years. This seminar is co-sponsored by Al’s Sporting Goods (Orem, Logan, Idaho Falls). As a gift for coming to the seminar, each attendee will receive VIP pricing from Al’s. VIP pricing allows the shopper to save up to 30 percent off Al’s everyday pricing on sporting goods, outdoor clothing, etc. I have personally saved enough money on fly-fishing equipment, camping gear and sportswear in the last year to pay the $25 admission fee to this seminar many times over. In addition to VIP pricing, we will be giving away several gift cards to Al’s Sporting Goods. If you have a son or daughter (or significant other) that you want to introduce to our wonderful sport of fly fishing, this might be the chance you’ve been waiting for. Also, feel free to invite your friends; however, please be aware that there are a limited number of seats available. Phil has been a guest instructor at many annual BYU Alumni Fly-Fishing Reunions in Island Park and has helped many former students and friends of the CM program become better fly fishermen. We hope to see you at BYU on Tuesday, April 5th! Don’t hesitate to contact Mark Hutchings for details or more information: 801-592-4524 (cell) [email protected]
