Need detail oriented handy person

I have these hexagon noise reducing panels that I want installed on my office ceiling. I am looking for someone very patient and brainy to figure out an ideal plan for installation (so that they look nice) who can also do the installation. I am considering hot gluing them so as to not damage the ceiling paint. You should be able to measure and figure out the math for putting as many as possible up while making it appear symmetrical. Compensation negotiable. Please describe how you would approach this job in your response.
