Caltrol is Hiring a Repair Coordinator in Benicia, California! The Repair Coordinator ensures that all incoming valves have repair packages prepared and ensures all processes to complete a timely repair process are satisfied. This position will coordinate all Field Service activities by being in contact communication with Service techs and End user contact. The service center repairs various product lines from the Emerson Pressure Protection product line and provides field services capabilities to cover Caltrol and Impact Partner territory. Primary Responsibilities: Process all relevant service & repair information. Create computer documents such as, work orders, inventory picking lists, material purchasing requests. Compile costs for service & repair activities including preparing detailed labor and parts cost estimates, gathering material delivery information Prepare customer quotation submittals for equipment repairs. Follow-up as required, on outstanding customer approvals. Act as customer service for our customers to assure they receive prompt and accurate service whenever necessary. Procurement of materials and services as needed Responsible for establishing and maintaining the day-to-day repair work and material schedules. Be customer main point of contact for scheduling services Coordinate all field service activities once all commercial issues are resolved Prepare folders with accurate costing and generate invoices to the customers Skills: Highly organized with an ability to multi-task, adapt and manage a defined repair schedule Demonstrated computer literacy and software navigation Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Detail-oriented with a demonstrated track record of accuracy in pulling data, entering data, and creating reports  Experience in positions requiring personal ownership to complete tasks, investigate problems, and resolve issues with minimal supervision Good organizational skills, able to establish and change priorities based on demands.  Communicates clearly for accuracy and understanding, and professionally so as to have a positive impact on the team Knowledge of pressure management and/or industrial mechanical applications Knowledge of ERP systems-preferred Required: Strong Customer Service skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel Effective verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work overtime as situation requires
