Construction Superintendent/Field Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic, motivated person to join our team as a field supervisor/project superintendent on Multi-Family Renovations in the Northern California Area. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Supervising painting/construction/renovation crews and subcontractors on multiple and varying projects. • Professionally interacting and communicating with clients and owners representatives. • Ordering, receiving, and organizing materials and supplies. • Driving project schedules and quality through hands-on supervision. • Conducting and documenting weekly safety meetings and inspections. • Effectively and efficiently communicating field conditions and updates by internet and email. Must be organized and have the ability to communicate clearly, prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion on schedule. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following: • Strong work ethic • Attention to detail • Customer service-oriented perspective • Good understanding of general construction practices/processes. • Strong communication skills -- English and Spanish preferable The position will require travel within Northern California to visit and supervise various jobsites.
