This is NOT a public access Workshop.   If you are interested in the Learning Community, but aren't yet sure about making the full 2-year commitment we would still love for you to join us. We invite you to register for just this first immersion to offer you the chance to investigate things a bit further. We will follow up with you after the completion to assist you in registering for the remaining immersions of the Learning Community. (What you pay to attend this first immersion will be deducted from any balnces moving forward.)    3DM Learning Community : Building a Discipling Culture - CALL Disciples   Your Community name is Fort Wayne.  Learning Communities are for teams of people wanting to lead movemental change. Over and over again, we've seen the only way to change a culture is to do so through teams, not individuals, leading this change. The cost of the Learning Community is based on the size of the team you choose to bring to each of the three-day immersion experiences. The team size options also reflect the number of weekly coaching huddle places available to your team. Check your Good Faith Agreement (GFA) for specific details and please contact Erin Paris with the 3DM Fort Wayne Hub for any further clarification on your team's agreement.  Each day will begin with a time of worship and prayer. There will also be times of listening to key speakers giving teaching input (see topics below), opportunities for church teams to process and vision cast, as well as smaller group discussions to dig a bit deeper.
