Chocolate Lab Needing a New Home

We are in the unfortunate situation of having to rehome our dog Dale, a 7 year old, 75 lbs, active and happy chocolate lab. We have owned him for 6 years, adopting him when he was 8 months old. Though he’s always been a bit of a rambunctious guy he has unfortunately become a little more aggressive as of late and we now have a one year old that we are worried about him being around. Dale is not great with other dogs indoors but is fine outdoors where he has room to run. He should not live in a household with children. We are sad to have to part ways with him as we’ve had so many great times with Dale over the years. He is an active dog that enjoys his outside time running around the beach and in the woods, but also equally enjoys his down time, lounging around the house and snuggling. He has a lot of healthy, active years left in him so we are hoping to find someone that can match his active lifestyle, provide top notch snuggles, and give him the attention, space, and time he needs to live a happy life! Vaccines are up to date, he is neutered, microchipped and extremely food motivated for recall, commands, and training purposes. He gets regular flea and tick medication. His last vet check up was one month ago where he received a good bill of health.
