Business Casual Will there be parking? Yes, there is parking at the venue. Are there any refunds for the tickets? No, not for any reason are refunds given, but you are able to transfer the ticket to another guest’s name. You will have to email, [email protected] to who the ticket will be transferred. Be sure to have the name of the ticketholder and the Order #. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Each attendee must present an ID or their receipt from their purchase to enter the venue. Attendees must be 18 years old or older. Masks? Face masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests, except where required by local mandates. Masks are strongly encouraged for all other guests, in accordance with CDC guidelines. Masks may be removed when eating and drinking inside the auditorium.
