Featuring Locke Vineyards Join us for our upcoming Wine + Dine: Summer Bolognese Gnocchi Workshop on July 16 at Gather in Modesto featuring Locke Vineyards (Murphys, CA). Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh and authentic summer bolognese gnocchi made with garden-fresh ingredients. Kelly & Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines from Vina Moda Winery (Murphys, CA), provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics, and the art of wine tasting like a pro. The experience will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing creations. What to expect: Pairing great food and wine is about more than recipes—it's about techniques.
