Rehoming domestic cat

I have to rehome my domestic girl by March 15 as my new landlord is so strict on having pets even though I tried 🥺 She will be 1 year old on March 8. 100% indoor and love cuddling at nights. She is not spayed. She only interacted with another cat when she was 3 months old and it was good, I don’t know how she reacts now but she’s very loveable. You’ll also get all her old and new food, treats, pate, litter (enough for 2-3 months), litter box, her favourite cat tree and some of her toys. I’m asking for a rehoming fee of $50 just to make sure she goes to a good home. I’m located in Rainier Beach, Seattle.
