Part-time Housekeeper in Palm Beach

Hi! I am currently looking for a housekeeper to come 1-2 times a week to do the following around my small 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment in West Palm! My current apartment is around 600 square feet in size. It’s cozy, easy to navigate around and would require around 1-2 hours per visit. My ideal candidate would be kind, friendly and personable :)! Here are the most common responsibilities I would expect the housekeeper to fulfill in my home ~ General cleaning of the home, this includes; kitchen, living room, 1-bathroom and 1-bedroom. Changing bed linens. Remove garbage /recycling upon leaving. Washing of any dirty dishes/putting dishes away. Putting away clean clothing/linens in its proper space (this would all be thoroughly explained). Unpacking bags/suitcases from prior trips. Keeping track of cleaning supplies and letting me know when they are low and need to be replaced. Occasional responsibilites ~ *may not need to be weekly but would be at least 1-2x/month. Deep cleanings of the apartment. Cleaning interior windows. Other things to note ~ English speaking is preferred. Flexibility is appreciated but if having a set schedule is best for you then we can work together to figure that out :)! Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs. Comfortable with using Eco-cleaning products (I can provide this). Housekeeper provides their own vacuum. Parking is provided and free! Previous experience is appreciated but not necessary! I have a small, friendly dog! Thank you!
