Description

Perform cleaning activities including but not limited to : Pick up and remove trash & debris daily around the property building and parking areas. Clean, sweep / mop laundry room daily Empty trash and clear / clean around garbage dumpster area Clean the office daily Clean / Paint apartments Maintain / clean exterior walls on a need to need basis Assist maintenance staff with day to day work orders / projects Assist with supply pick ups Ability to drive to & from both buildings (15 mins drive) Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
