Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member Compensation: $20 per hour plus bonuses, profit sharing, and 2 weeks Paid Time Off We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. You will have a base pay of $20/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-24/hr. We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose. We have franchised our business and now have 35+ locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals. Requirements: --Team Player --Non-Smoker --Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone --Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test --Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor --1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company --Irrigation Experience Huge Plus!
