Enjoy a socially-distanced evening watching your favorite movies, outdoors under the Texas sky. Shakespeare Dallas presents Movies in the Park! An outdoor screening at the Samuell-Grand Amphitheater of North by Northwest (136 mins.)! This classic suspense film finds New York City ad executive Roger O. Thornhill (Cary Grant) pursued by ruthless spy Phillip Vandamm (James Mason) after Thornhill is mistaken for a government agent. Hunted relentlessly by Vandamm's associates, the harried Thornhill ends up on a cross-country journey, meeting the beautiful and mysterious Eve Kendall (Eva Marie Saint) along the way. Soon Vandamm's henchmen close in on Thornhill, resulting in a number of iconic action sequences. Gates will open at 7:30pm and our movie starts at 8:15pm. Guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Here are a few tips to make the most of Movies in the Park: • We encourage guests to bring a blanket, lawn chairs and pack a picnic. Sand chairs are available to rent. • Those 21 and over can bring and consume beer or wine (responsibly, of course) at the Amphitheater. • Free parking is available. • Tickets are $15.00 if pre-ordered and $20.00 at the gate. We have 1 "VIP Pavilion" section open each night at $175. This allows for up to 10 guests to sit in our central, covered seating area.
