Help Wanted: Roof Replacement Concrete Tiles

I need my someone to inspect my roof and replace any damaged tiles..2 story house, about 1812 sq ft. Going to assume there are less 5-8 tiles that needs replacement and seal any open gap. It is more of a Preventative Maintenance. Currently there are no leaks on my roof that I am aware of. If dirty may need to some cleaning cleaning. *** MUST HAVE ROOF EXPERIENCE with Concrete Tile*** Please provide the following information for consideration. 1) Experience and background 2) Cost per tile being replace or for the job. Will pay cash.
