Women Wine Makers- 5 Course Wine Pairing Dinner with Mission Grape
In honor of Women's History Month, partnered with Mission Grape, we are celebrating 5 incredible women wine makers! This evening will consist of 5 wine tastings from around the world, all from women wine makers. Our menu for the evening has been perfectly paired and created by our Culinary Director, Chef Craig Kuhns.
1st: Local greens with sweet mustard vinaigrette, Anne Pichon Rose
2nd: Fish Crudo with pickled veg and togarashi, Sybille Kuntz Qualitatswein
3rd: Carolina Gold /bay leaves/green onion/poached eggs/benne seeds/Korean chili paste, Shiba Wichern "Lewman" Pinot Noir
4th: Cherry braised duck legs/butter, Bergamota
5th: Torched blue cheese brulee/round crostini bread, Anne Pichon Syrah
Cost for this dinner is $100/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food.
