Join us for a fitness-focused class with yoga undertones. WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility and balance with movement and musical motivation. It’s grit and grace rolled into one rhythmic experience! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and a water bottle - get ready to sweat to heart-pounding beats! This class often incorporates dumbbells, bands, and kettlebells and may be done barefoot or in shoes.
Guests can bring mat, towel, water, and optional hand weights (5 pound max for this class).
