Want to get paid to work outdoors, have fun, go on adventures, and make awesome friends?
What exactly does Arizona Conservation Corps (AZCC) do?
We connect people back to the land.
We give individuals the time to breathe and take a break from their digital life and connect with others around a camp fire at night.
We are people that like to work with our hands, get strong, and learn something new everyday.
We like to show up and be ourselves in a judgment free zone.
We experience the outdoors together, growing together.
AZCC service projects take place throughout the state of Arizona. On most projects Corpsmembers work and learn together in teams with up to six crew members, an Assistant Crew Leader and a Crew Leader. AZCC has both field crews and local crews and offers a diverse experience for members. Projects include, but are not limited to, fuels reduction (chainsaw skills), desert restoration (reviving the desert), tree planting, trail-building and maintenance (creating more hiking trails), community service projects, fencing and non-native plant removal. AZCC also offers Individual Placements with land management agencies throughout the Southwest. There is room to grow with us, and we provide you with skills to get hired elsewhere. We provide leadership development, authenticity, environmental stewardship, and education. You will enjoy every second with us!
We are looking for 18-30 year olds! Come stop by and talk to us!
