The Culinary Nutrition Series is a hands-on, nutrition-focused cooking class.
Chef Eric Cartwright and Registered Dietitian Kristen Hasan are hosting an in-person, hands-on, nutrition-focused cooking class with the theme: 'Greens & Grains.' Participants will learn about the characteristics, ingredients and health benefits of vegetables.
This event will start promptly at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Culinary Development Kitchen (in Sabai). This event is for Dining Plan holders only. Make sure to bring your Mizzou ID and your e-ticket for admission. Due to space limitations for this indoor event, we ask guests to wear masks for the protection of the community.
