Compost Drop Off?

Hi all, Wanted to make a posting and see if anyone had any ideas on composting services in Eugene. I currently live in an apartment and composting is not an offered waste service here. Im wondering if anyone has ideas on community based composting that accepts food waste? Additionally, I have a rabbit and from what Ive read droppings and the pine based litter pellets and hay make for good nutrients in a garden. Does anyone know if there is a spot to drop this or would be personally interested in making use of it? Thanks in advance!
